8th Amendment Stress Test
“ Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. ”


The administration is implementing a stress test for banks to see which ones are likely to weather the storm and are worth the investment of the hard earned dollars of American citizens.


The acts of the previous administration is putting the constitution under a stress test. It isn't tested when you arrest somebody who has the means to defend themselves or the support of the system. It is tested when we make sure that the child molester or Khalid Sheik Mohammad is tried under the same rules as you or me. The question is to see if we will weather the storm and if we are worth the investment made by those

Don't pursue Bush or Cheney or any individual.

Pursue the violation to the constitution. Do what prosecutors do. Exchange leniency for assistance in prosecution. Move up the pyramid and build a case against whoever decided to betray their sacrifice.
