1. Is it wrong for me to want him to pee on Bush's sungod rug?
:dilemma:

12. It's not Bush's rug. It's President Obama's rug and it's beautiful!
I'd rather Bo pee'd on Ed Henry's shoe. Or in the press briefing room where the Fox reporters sit.

14. Bush picked it out.
I'm hoping Obama chooses his own rug soon. :)

17. I know Bush picked out the rug, but I actually like it. Ah well, to each his/her own. :)

26. That rug is as gaudy as it is tainted...
If Obama wants to keep it that's fine. I would have replaced it myself.

27. I think Bo is being trained to be accustomed to his leash.
;-) That dude needs some leash time, and he is undoubtedly getting it!

10. No, he's going to visit his daddy.
Edited on Wed Apr-29-09 12:00 PM by Catshrink
His daddy just happens to be President -- but Bo most likely doesn't care.

Did you hear the story Bob Schieffer told on Sunday morning? He said Obama was out walking the dog. Some school kids were visiting the WH and suddenly started squealing: "There he is! There he is! There's Bo!"

8. Having a pet is a stress reliever. I have my kitty. The Prez needs his doggie.

:) Cute that Bo wants to go visit his buddy.

Edited on Wed Apr-29-09 12:04 PM by Brother Buzz
I believe Bo will find John John's hidey-hole and make it his home while the kids are in school.

13. Being a dog body language reader I can tell Bo is a happy dog
And that he feels right at home. In this photo you see his normal gait and the angle of the tail and head. This dog is right at home and totally confident.

18. I think we knew from those first photos whose dog Bo would be.
Sure he got the dog for the kids. Watch the Faux take on it: "Obama mislead family into getting a dog, saying it was for the children. He selfishly wanted it for himself."

22. I noticed that too. Even in a still photo you can see the ease of his
stroll into the Oval Office, as if he's visiting his very own office.

He won't be a huge dog, but the coat will make him look bigger. :hi:
