8. Must we discount what he says simply because we don't like it? He says her written opinions have not

been intellectually rigorous or of note. He's pointing out that she'll be going up against Scalia and Roberts, and some liberal judicial watchers are a little disappointed that she has not displayed that level of rigor so far.

He's not saying it's the end of the world. I appreciated his take, but it doesn't make me rue the nomination.
