He says he loves this country, yet he talks about France ( his other nation where he was a banker) as if it was better than we could ever hope of being. He also lies about France, praising Oliver Betancourt as a revival of Marxism, omitting the fact that Betancourt has to fight daily against the Communist party there because he has become competition for a party that has been seen as out of touch and complacent. Most importantly he says quotes like "it is an illusion that one person;s work deserves more pay than another" but like many a member of the MSM, complains about how little pay he gets thanks to that mean ole internet that makes people stop reading papers, and hates bloggers because they are unprofessional. He also compared Obama to Hitler, and did a cute little bit comparing Rachel Maddow to Josef Goebbels. He is also the one that drew 9-11 widows as grinning witches getting fur coats with compensation money, long before Ann Coulter made that claim. Now, let me make something clear, do i think Obama is being too timid, YES. Do I think he needs to shitcan Tim Geitner, Larry Summers, and all the Clinton holdover weasels who are doing their best to prevent any real change, yes. Do I think he should be more active in giving people like Harry Reid hell, using his bully pulpit, yes. All of these are valid, as well as the fact that he needs to at the very least kill DADT.

That being said, if you think I am not happy that John McCain is NOT in office, you are mistaken. Regardless of how Iran turns out, I am very thankful the war hawks did not get their expanded war front, and you KNOW we would already be dropping bombs on Tehran. As far as getting in debt, which oddly enough Rall seems to rail against, first, can he make up his mind about whether Obama is spending too much or too little, and second, can he at least admit that we are talking about making social programs that were verboten to discuss for 30 years, such as a public option?

I am not an Obamabot, I intend to question him and press him, but frankly, this is the first time in my life I actually have a chance to do just that! Let's face it, this is the first time in 30 years we have a shot of someone listening to us. Yes, Clinton read polls, but we all knew he was going to do whatever he pleased anyway, and frankly, his wife gave no indications that she would do different. To be frank, Obama is nothing more than a fighting chance, emphasis fighting, but to be honest, that is all America needs at this point, and also, all it deserves. That is more than ted can comprehend, seeing as how he has the luxury of a fat paycheck where he gets paid to do little more than complain. He is one of those rare people who actually stands to benefit from misery, so frankly, his lot is not with us.
