Oh!!! I just saw the Kerry commercial
New Direction - with bush bumbling about 'right track, wrong track' at the beginning, and talking about Kerry's plan for Iraq.

Great, concise ad! :bounce:

1. Did they get the new ad from
the "joint press conference" ramblings? Or was that in his speech to the UN?

Thanks for this news!

2. Oh, I guess it's actually called, "Right Track"
go watch it on the website, if you can...
http://www.johnkerry.com/pressroom/releases/pr_2004_0924a.html

Washington, DC - Continuing to point out that George W. Bush’s rhetoric on Iraq does not match reality, the Kerry-Edwards campaign will take to the airwaves with the new ad – “Right Track.” The ad uses footage of the president’s right track/wrong track comments in the Rose Garden yesterday.

Script:

Bush: “I saw a poll that said the right track wrong track in Iraq was better than here America.”

Narrator: “The right track? Americans are being kidnapped, held hostage, even beheaded. Over a thousand American soldiers have died. And George Bush has no plan to get us out of Iraq. John Kerry does. The Kerry solution: Allies share the burden. Train Iraqis to protect themselves. John Kerry. A new direction in Iraq.”

John Kerry: “I'm John Kerry and I approved this message.”

4. Hey, just a thought....remember Bush's Road Map for the Middle East?
Great fodder there - visual action of turning the map around and around and reading it upside down...lost...throwing it down...driving north, south, east, west.....in a car, a tank, or on a camel or his bicycle....

6. About the message at the end: "Get allies to help in Iraq"...
The coWard-in-chief's pundits scoff at Kerry's ability to get foreign troops to help, but the world leaders with the capability to make a substantial difference for our troops wouldn't want to lend a hand unless the U.S. gets new leadership in November.

Also, I'm thinking that the smear boat liars' campaign against Kerry may have endeared the world leaders toward Kerry. He took a substantial role in bringing an end to the Vietnam war, & Kerry is shown to be the victim by the same tyrant who insulted France because they refused to be a party to the immoral Iraq war. I have a feeling that, at the very least, the world leaders would want to make a statement against the coWard-in-chief by helping President Kerry in any way they can once Kerry takes office.
