Jack Hensley's widow on the Today Show- angry words to the White House
Edited on Mon Sep-27-04 07:40 AM by npincus
Jack Hensley's widow appeared on the Today Show this morning, and said when the White House called to offer condolensence's she had 'words' for them- she said she had said too much to repeat on air. But, she said that she'd told them that America should not be about building other nations and we need to take care of things at home. She told them our troops need to come home.

Anybody see this and have a better recollection? I have looked for this on the news wires and no stories so far.

How terrible for her and her family. All this death and misery because of the fool in the White House.

1. Patriotism and fighting wars are so easy
until you, personally, have to pay the price.

"Hewo, my name is rhahanish, er Sarah and I call from the White House to bring many condolences for you. Your president Bush gives thanks to you to send you son to Iraq for this war."

5. This question is going to make me sound callous..

but wasn't he a contractor there of his own free will to make a buck?
Or should I say, a lot of them.
No one deserves to be killed, or even injured for that matter, but I feel less and less sorry for war profiteers after reading this story in Harper's. It is an "absolutely positively" must read!
