I heard that the candidates will have the debate questions ahead of time for all three of the debates and as such the candadates will have answers formulated etc. Thus it would be nothing but staged acting. Is what this guy said correct? Thanks in advance,
1. I don't think they are supposed to get the ? ahead of time
but in truth, these are not really debates but staged press conferences. A true debate would be like the Lincoln-Douglas debates of 1858 where each man questioned the other and followed up on what they said.
