MSNBC cares more about Bush spin about $87 billion than the issue itself

I just witnessed a short piece on MSNBC where anchor Natalie Morales introduced a piece by mentioning how John Kerry said that he voted for the $87 billion before he voted against it. MSNBC then showed a clip of Kerry from Good Morning America saying that the statement wasn't very eloquent and he would have said something better if he wasn't so tired because it was late in the day. MSNBC then responds with a Bush/Cheney 04 statement that the appearance that Kerry made that statement at took place at noon. Clearly this piece was spawned from a Bush/Cheney 04 press release because it served no other purpose than to bash John Kerry and ignore the real issue.
Now I know that blatant bias like this isn't a surprise any more on TV news, but I'm very frustrated to see campaign ads being morphed into news pieces by cable news outlets. It's no surprise that most people don't know a whole lot about John Kerry because the networks are back in that full bore Bush-loving mode that we saw before the Iraq war.
