4. Here's mine...
It is willfully dishonest for you to present Republican Party spinmeister Frank Luntz as an impartial pollster, or to present his "results" as anything but a GOP informercial.

Luntz was reprimanded in 1997 by the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) for his biased work polling for the Republican Party. It is disgraceful to portray his partisan work as objective journalism.

I hope you will reconsider.

5. Oh, God, the first I ever saw this puke's face was in the 2000 elections
and I saw this miserable piece of shit take a group of people who were about 60% Gore and over the several evenings proudly announce that NOW they were 100% for Bush. I never saw so much manipulation in my life. Must have blown his mind when Gore received the most votes. When I knew they had him again, I thought "could they be more goddamn obvious, or what".

6. My email:
Dear MSNBC:

As a viewer who expects unbiased coverage at MSNBC, I would urge to you stop using the REPUBLICAN Pollster Frank Luntz and trying to pass him off as unbiased.

A quick check of his background shows that he has been reprimanded by his own professional board for unprofessional data gathering and a refusal to answer questions about his 'methodology.' Also, it shows his Republican affiliation.

Don't try to pass Luntz off as a unbiased person. At least DISCLOSE his
Republican affiliation and his trouble with his own professional board.

Thanks,
XXXX XXXXXX

7. This guy is the number one suspect in our national nightmare
Edited on Wed Sep-29-04 03:10 PM by Generator
HE is the head propagandist. The one that tought them to say "Everything has changed since 9/11." Let's count how many times Bushfucker uses that in the debate.

This guy worships, Orwell's 1984, and that's not a joke. Check out the transcript for NOW on PBS that had him on a couple months ago.

Never has anyone made me so mad from just watching him talk on TV. He is the enemy of this country.

8. Remember the Zell Miller focus group?
After Miller's now legendarily psychotic speech, Luntz had a bunch of "independents" on saying it was the best thing since sliced bread. That alone should have been enough evidence for MSNBC to drop this guy.

I kept mentioning that Luntz has a known bias, and that MSNBC was going to pretend that he was unbiased. I also brought up the fact that journalism in America is quickly dying, and that MSNBC was doing their part.

19. Here's what I sent 'em:
Folks -

It is ABUNDANTLY clear that Frank Luntz, the guy upon whom you ALWAYS seem to rely for polling punditry, is NOT impartial. He openly identifies himself with the right-wing and the republican party. What will that say for his efforts in assessing Democrats? Please, please, please, DON'T tell me you believe he's going to be completely objective!

When I watched him during your "Unconventional Convention" coverage, his bias could NOT be clearer if it had hit us in the face with a cream pie. This was painfully obvious during your Democratic convention coverage. When Kerry scored well with his "focus group," Luntz was CLEARLY and UNMISTAKABLY shaken and disturbed. The evening before, after Edwards, Luntz was CLEARLY and quite obviously upbeat when he found people who weren't impressed by Edwards' speech. When Kerry came along the next night and did magnificently well, Luntz was sober as an undertaker. You could tell he wasn't happy with this.

PLEASE, do you REALLY disrespect viewers like me, who are liberal, and who are tired of the right-wing bias that is INCESSANT on the air? Don't you care about viewers like me anymore? Why do you keep shoving republicans and right-wing bias down my throat? I don't want it! And if you keep it up, I won't want you anymore, either.

(signed, me)
SICK of the slant to the right!!!!!!!
For the time being, still a viewer in Los Angeles (I'd be LONG GONE if it weren't for Keith Olbermann!!!!)

This is who you choose to debate The Debate? Good Lord, why not have Karl Rove do it and get it over with. Will he be wearing his Halloween costume early? You know, the one where he comes dressed as a RED STATE?

Does MSRNC have ANY objectivity left or is it just a mad dash to catch Faux News?

Ill watch on CSPAN, thanks.
