He's on MSNBC pre-debate...and he really slams Bush's performance hard. Not entirely a fool, imo. (And I know about the poor girl in his Congressional office.) Thoughts?

Because he gave a commentary on Bush's 1st debate performance that
ripped him a new asshole.

I'm not kidding, complete with edited video background of only
Bush's looks, pauses and sighs.

He's a republican, but a conservative republican and they are royally
poed about the deficit and the takeover by the neocons.

4. Playing the odds.

He as well as other Right Wing pundits are now wondering if the Neo Fascist just might lose. It is weird but I don't hate this guy. In fact, I find him amusing and at times feel that he isn't a total jerk. He is 100% pro Stem Cell Research and seems to genuinely like Ron Reagon.

5. Maybe when he was doing that hurricane coverage in Florida

during Hurricane Jeane, something hit him in the head or maybe the hurricane winds sucked some of the evil from his soul....

6. Joe's Playing A McCain...

I was confused, too...but now I think we're seeing some manuevering if Bunnypants falls and for the future. Joey knows face time means recognition. It worked for his idol, Raygun and he knows he'll go farther if he's "mainstream" rather than a Hannity clone.

Methinks he's been feeling Bunnypants vulnerability for a while and is gauging what that means to his political career. He was passed over twice for Senate from Florida (and don't let anyone say he wasn't interested) and never has been close to the Bushitas.

He's one of those '94 idealists...some will say "true conservatives"...but also a real opportunist. If Bunnypants takes his party down, someone's gonna swoop in and pick up the pieces...while McCain is ideally place, Joey's not too far behind.
