As I said in my above post here in this DU thread, Fox News presents distorted "entertainment" as so-called "news" containing untruths that they try to pass off as factual truthful news. Right down to its trademark of "fair & balanced" which, as intelligent people know, is not fair and balanced news by any stretch of the imagination.

Fox should be sued for defamation (libel) and thwarted from attempting to hide behind the "malicious intent" legal loophole as it has in its many so-called "retractions" of the past.
