Moore accused of vote bribery by republicans
This is absolutely hilarious:

http://apnews.excite.com/article/20041005/D85HJ9U80.html

The republicans are accusing Michael Moore of vote bribery because he is offering underwear, potato chips and ramen noodles to college students in exchange for a promise to vote.

Have they no sense of humor at all??

They don't understand 'gag' prizes, all they can think about it suppressing non-republicans, and keeping their death-cult powerbase.

6. Poor Moore
:( I read about that and was like: "are they serious?" He's not making them vote for Kerry. He's getting people out to vote for anybody. Ugh.

3. Bribed to VOTE...yes
but did he bribe them specially to vote for SOMEBODY?
Of course they'd vote Kerry.. but did he mention that?

And is it bribery to encourage someone to do their civic duty?

4. So let's see what's involved. 1 vote = how many $?
1 vote 1 pair of underwear = 99 cents?
1 vote 1 bag of potato chips = 99 cents?
1 vote 1 package of noodles = 99 cents?

99 cents - at the most?

As someone said already, did he only give it to students who promised to vote against Bush-Cheney? If not....let's chuckle if we can even manage a chuckle.

We can forget about Abu Graib, leaks, lies, thefts, deaths...but we must concentrate on bribery by Michael Moore.

7. New Kerry ad
Because of the * administration's economic policies.
College students can't afford ramen noodles, potato chips and are forced to wash their one pair of underwear daily. I say it's time for a new leader who will give college students what they deserve.
Please vote for JOHN KERRY and he will make sure you have at least 2 pairs of underwear. And some food, also....

Sorry, I couldn't resist.
