Society Mobile-La Habana Annual Meeting
The Society Mobile- La Habana will hold its annual membership meeting at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, January 25, 2005 in the AmSouth Bank meeting room on the 31st Floor of the Amsouth Bank Building at 31 North Royal Street in downtown Mobile. Parking is available in the building and is accessed from St Joseph Street.

In addition to the election of officers and the board of directors, we will have a panel discussion on "US-Cuba Trade: Past, Present and Future" with Michael C. Dow, Mayor, City of Mobile; Maria Mendez, Manager, Latin American Trade, Alabama State Port Authority; and Ray H. Miller, III, President and CEO, Northern Gulf Trading Group. All three panelists participated in a December 2004 trade mission to Cuba.

Members may renew their dues at this meeting, and guests and new members are invited. For a dues schedule, please see our blue announcement which should arrive in the mail this week, or visit our website, www.havana-mobile.com. If you cannot attend the meeting, but would like to join or renew your membership, you may do so at the website, or by sending your check to the Society Mobile La-Habana, 300 Chidester Avenue, Mobile, AL 36607.
