Creamery board bars Palin from Mat Maid Tour...Palin cans Agriculture Board
Edited on Mon Jun-18-07 11:29 AM by Ken Burch
What is the deal with the Creamery Board?

our GOVERNOR shows up at Mat Maid and they won't LET her tour the place?

Now she's firing the Ag Board, who appoints the Creamery Board:

What the $#%% is going on with these people?

Maybe it's just me...but I always thought if the governor WANTS to tour a state-owned facility, the governor GETS to tour
a state-owned facility.

1. I think there's something very bizarre going on with Mat-Maid.
Why in the hell would they not even return a call to Kaladi Brothers who wanted to offer them a million dollar a year contract and then treat Sarah so rudely. I'm glad she canned these guys. Maybe she'll get to the bottom of what's going on. It sure wasn't much notice to the dairy farmers when they said they were shutting down.

2. I'm wondering if the Cream Board had some sort of sweetheart deal going on this
Something that hinged on making sure Mat Maid fails and closes, then gets sold to somebody at a rock bottom price(with the board members getting kickbacks for making it happen). It's just too weird that the board would try to destroy the most important thing they have responsibility for, putting 50 people directly out of work and causing many more indirect economic casualties, if there wasn't something in it for them personally.

3. The creamery board was wrong. But so is Palin with her Matsu and Christian NUTCASE bias she has.

I think it's rotten of Matanuska Maid to diss her and I'm glad that she canned the Board.

But I don't appreciate the way Mz. Palin kisses up to everything Matsu -or- every extremist bible-thumping wingnut cause that rolls down the pike.

She lucked out big time with the ChangePoint Soccer Dome backing out of their $1.5 million dollar request. It would've been approved with flying colors by her, and the only reason they pulled the request - - was because Dave Bacher and the rest of the wackos there didn't want her getting into a political pickle with the public.

Palin likes the quacks at the fishplant turned WACKED OUT church - very, very much.

--------------------------------VERY much!

And from what I've heard, there are some very strange things going on at that place..
