Tucson - Clinton is coming !

President Bill Clinton is coming to Arizona to support Jim Pederson & Mitchell.



President Clinton will be in Tucson THIS THURSDAY

He's my district so that's totally cool but won't Clinton also be stumping for Giffords?

5. I've been hearing a number of Mitchell ads on the radio

down here in Tucson. Apparently there are listeners in this area who live in his district.

Wish I could see the Big Dawg in Tucson, but, sadly, I have to work.

4. I'll be there

While I've been mostly a lurker on DU, save for the occasional rant or photo, I was able to catch your thread in time last night. Got my ticket today to see Clinton here in Tucson tomorrow. He was the first president I was able to vote for, since I'd just barely turned 18 in 1991. Should be cool to see him in person for the first time, too. :-)

6. I'm sure I seen on another site that Clinton will be at ASU/Tempe just prior to his stop

in the Old Pueblo. ASU - around 4:00 pm and Tucson - 6:30.

7. It was great to see Big Dog tonight!

8,000+ people at Reid Park here in Tucson. I'm too tired to make a long, detailed report, but I will say it was grand to finally see him in person (between the heads of the Amazons who kept getting in front of me, my life story apparently, even at movie theatres). Sure did make me yearn for the days when we had a witty, ARTICULATE, charismatic occupant at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Off to bed with me, now.

One of these days I want to move back to Tucson.
Not only is it pretty down there, has better weather....
but equally important.. It is BLUE!
