10. He was in my neighborhood stumping for his propositions.

Of course the local news had to show it. He looked like a golum. There were protestors at both locations that he made speeches, which didn't thrill him.

One of his meetings was at the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo. For those of you who aren't familiar with the Madonna Inn, it's a dubious landmark here. It's, I guess a honeymoon hotel, but the owner did it up in bordello style with pink lamp posts and plenty of schlock indoors as well. Each suite has a theme.
