4. I've seen some recently in the Bay Area

It talks about how, if it passes, tobacco companies will benefit. The problem with the ad is that it shows a picture of California breathing and it starts to darken and shrivel, but its too hard to understand what you are seeing unless you listen to the voice which most people aren't doing. They're usually doing what I'm doing when the ads are on - channel surfing. The ads should be simpler and more direct - show cigarettes raining from the air or something.
