Fort Collins: A strategy to sustain our future (alt. energy research)
If you happen to live in Northern Colorado, or better, in Fort Collins you understand that:

a) It can get rather windy here, and

b) We're just under a mile above sea level and attract a lot of sunlight

Manufacturing in CO is moving away fast, this is urgent. Great article, they have the right idea.

Bring it here. We have a lot of technical people looking for work. We have facilities laying empty. 3 universities within an hour.
