Here's a bit of good news
if it's true, I hadn't read this anywhere before.

COLORADO — Open (Wayne Allard, R, retiring)
Vote for winner in 2002: 51 percent
Recent Democratic gains in Colorado would have put this race on the watch list no matter what, but Allard’s retirement ensures this will be a pivotal contest. Democrats are behind fifth-term Rep. Mark Udall, whose liberal record generally matches the views of his Boulder-area district. The Republicans are rallying behind Bob Schaffer, whose conservatism was mostly in line with the eastern and northern Colorado voters he represented in the House from 1997 through 2002.

1. Yipppeeee! I didnt even know Allard was retiring!
I would so love it if Colorado finally became a blue state like it should be!
