looking for a car repair fraud attorney in florida

I am looking for an attorney who doesn't charge unless they win like one who advertises in California
Not willing to be taken again so if they think they can win and get me some of my cost back, then they can enjoy higher return then if I had to pay them up front.

Found some items from other states - this first one sounds like what happened to me without the identity fraud
