New Ewa Little League - World Champs. What a game!!!
That game yesterday was one of the best baseball games I have ever seen at any level. You could not have scripted something like that, Hollywood would not have thought it believable.

From the North Shore, that was awesome. Way to go boys and coaches. Nice to see sports w/o the mess.

I am so proud of them, chicken skin in our house yesterday. Anyone else tune in?

4. Saw the last 4 innings ...inclds the extra inning.
The very best of baseball was on display....

Hawaii made America Proud.....there even chants of USA USA USA USA

cheering for the National champs...Hawaii

The Opposing Teams name escapes me but they were last years Champs and from some Island Nation not connected to the USA. They played their hearts out, both teams did...but Hawaii somehow pulled a miricle with 6 outs to go.

Loaded bases with no outs....

A/The bunt worked for a run and still no outs......result we got 2 more runs to tie 8- 6....the rest is history when the catcher hits a hr in the bottom of the 7th and final inning for the win....

3. Watch the kids from Westbrook, Maine play Louisiana last week.

A heartbreaker....2-0 into the 6th and then they fell apart. It's really tough watching kids at that age, lose. You just know that it's real to them...no contracts, no primadonnas. :-(

Aloha and congrats! :-)
