It was on the news tonight. They were supposedly from moveon.
They held signs that said things like "no empty plates for Thanksgiving" Protesting the cuts in food stamps. There seemed to be quite a few there.

Anyway, I wanted to say thank you!

Hope Jimmy got the message. Last week he was quoted in the Gazette saying he could see 'no compelling reason to vote for the budget'. How fucking compassionate, Jimmy. Maybe there are compelling reasons not to vote for that POS bill, like Americans will die? He'll vote for it I'll bet.
Many Iowans will be facing a winter of 'heat, eat or heartbeat(medications)'. People will die. In previous times people could turn to their government. Not now.
Piece of advice: If you can, be born rich. It's the best way to survive Booshie's America.
