From Madison To Cleveland—And Beyond
American Workers Are Fighting Back

The mass protests against attacks on public sector workers in Wisconsin and elsewhere were
a hot topic at an Emergency Labor Meeting convened in Cleveland to respond to the class war
on workers. Hear a report back from two Kansas City area participants:

Brian Elam, Secretary-Treasurer of BMWE 800 on the BNSF in North Kansas City
Bill Onasch, retired former Vice-President, ATU 1287; webmaster, kclabor.org

Sunday, March 13, 2-4PM
North Kansas City Community Center, Room A
Armour Road & Iron, North Kansas City
The North Kansas City Community Center is on Armour Road about midway between Burlington—the
street coming off the Heart of America (Highway 9) bridge from downtown KC—and I-35. There will be no
admission charge but the hat will be passed for donations to cover expenses. For more information see
our web page on kclabor.org; e-mail to webmaster@kclabor.org; or call 816-753-1672.
