And Kansas taxpayers are paying Arthur Laffer $75,000 as a consultant?

They couldn't find an economics major who would draw diagrams on napkins and say "cut taxes for rich people" for $50,000?

1. crazy tax possibilities

I've heard they are considering either eliminating state income tax (can't wait to see what that does to sales tax rates) or implementing a "flat tax" which will only benefit those in the higher income brackets.
