Lexington Radio Personality (a mini-Rush) is in legal trouble
A local radio guy that I thought of as simply "mini-Rush" for his blatant arrogance, hate, intolerance and misogyny when he was on 630 WLAP radio in the afternoons here in Lexington (that show was replace with a different mini-Rush and he returned to a morning slot on FM) is in a bit of trouble with the law.

It appears that there was a burglerly reported at the home of Roy D. "Dusty Dan" Baldridge and a couple of guys were arrested for stealing guns from the radio personality's home. The problem was that the guns were already stolen to start with. Now the police seem to have found other things of interest according to WLEX-TV in Lexington:

Lexington Police said their investigation into a popular radio personality is expanding.

We're told the department's Crimes Against Children unit is now involved in the investigation involving Roy D. Baldridge, better known as "Dusty Dan" on WBUL-FM.

Snip

A search warrant was issued and police searched Baldridge's home. We're told they seized a hard drive and a computer. Police also said they seized a computer from his parent's home off Tates Creek Road. Officials said they seized the computers because it's believed they contain "illicit material." We're told Baldridge could face additional charges.

I always find it interesting that conservative arrogance, "authoritarianism", seems to give some of these "conservatives" license in their own minds to consider the law something that those "other people" need to obey, but not them.
