Is there any way that we block communication of this to the rest of the world? This man is a fool.

5. HE really likes playing the race card.
Note to the governor: an adopted Jamaican son doesn't mean you aren't a bigot. Calling the NAACP a special interest trying to hold you hostage? That's nonsense. You know full well that you could send a representative from your staff IF you actually gave a shit, which you don't.

And to the majority of Maine voters: I'm so sorry that you're stuck with this Tea Party special for the next four years.

7. I wonder if he also calls the NRA and other right-leaning activist-types
"special interest groups" as well? :eyes:

This man is an embarrassing disgrace to our state.

She implied the kid was not legally adopted.

If so, he's not his "son".

11. Maine gov. who blasted critics changes MLK plans
Edited on Mon Jan-17-11 12:28 PM by high density
Maine Gov. Paul LePage has changed his plans and attended a Martin Luther King Jr. Day breakfast just days after saying critics of his decision to skip other holiday weekend events could "kiss my butt."

...

His appearance was scheduled after he responded Friday to critics of his decision not to attend the state NAACP's annual holiday celebrations. LePage cited scheduling conflicts, but his "kiss my butt" comment drew harsh criticism from state and national leaders of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
