R-from Franklin---Is this hitting back at LePage?? Interesting......
A repub from Franklin county intends to introduce a bill that a candidate for governor has to get over 50% of the vote (in other words a "run-off"). Obviously, if we had had this LePage would not have been elected. The voters for Cutler and Mitchell would not have poured over to LePage. Cutler would have easily won. Now, I realize you can't trust a repuke any further than you can throw one but I don't see this as any "setting things up for a repub to win". I see it as telling LePage "hey, fuckhead, you really weren't elected by the people". I'd love to hear your insights and would you make of it! In fact, it would seem it would also rule out a second LePage administration.
