unbeliveable- leadership ? what leadership?

they never change=here is the law defined in print clear and to the point!
Article V, Part 3 Sec. 3 of the Maine Constitution says a constitutional officer cannot engage in commerce while in office. Poliquin has been directly involved in both the Popham Beach Club, a private club in Phippsburg, and Dirigo Holdings LLC, a real estate company.

It is not surrounded in clutter but is to the point: an officer cannot engage in commerce while in office!
you don't need to be a lawyer to figure out the intent! It is clear =no part of commerce includes going before a board of selectman for a company you own!
I think we all know how this will turn out! the metal of deceit is being designed as we speak! the course has been chosen and the results appear to be obvious! as we have seen in the past!
Our recourse is only the ballot box! and just how secure is that in this electronic age?
not even a reprimand by the attorney general? ya think that could be political?
