Indicating the UAW and the AFL-CIO are against Kerry...mass mailed post cards citing two dated quotes from early 2002 from Alan Ruether and Bill Samuel, both from their legislative departments.
PS. Labor, if it wants to be relevant needs to watch what it says more carefully...
There is also mention that both Michigan Senators oppose Kerry because of fuel economy desires...even though they can cite only Levin (from July of 2003)
