My plastic outdoor chairs turned into powder
when the unfortunate black-clad DUers sat in
them yesterday, leaving them in convict stripes.

The chairs have been dismissed.

in that it looks like I am going to be unemployed :( I'll have some time to get out and about now I suppose.
Working 2nd shift has really made it hard to socialize but it did give me time with hubby who works the same shift.

Anyway, that will teach me to check here more often.

Yeah, I'm not too far I guess distance wise. About 50 minutes from here to Ann Arbor.

4. Sorry I didn't get to say good-bye

Dave needed to truck out of there and get home. We had a great time, as we always do with you guys. Don't worry about the prison stripes -- I'm sure they'll wash out. SG says she'll be back next summer. It's nice to have someone spreading nice things about Detroit -- she loved it here.

5. Sorry I took off!

Attending to the entertainment needs of the Quince Años Queen
took up more time and energy than I expected!

They needed shirts to cut up for their project.

I had a great time and loved meeting and re-meeting everyone.

I'm so glad Sharon "called" to remind me! Sorry I didn't get to say g'bye either. Had to get home to the doggies who had been trapped in the house all day. Loved your little furpals...very cute.
