Its name is also that of the current US treasury secretary.

The meteorologists' predictions for Grand Rapids accumulations range between 5 and 7 feet, as usual.

4. I thought you were talking about marshmallow creme
I thought it was about time that every state red or blue deserved fluffer-nutter sandwiches. I hope you all enjoy it.

17. No, not at once. This season.
That's how much they expect this season.

Sorry for not making myself clear. ;-)

13. It never snows in Michigan??
Then what's all that white crap I have to shovel from December to March over here by Ann Arbor? I don't care what the source is, if the result is white stuff that I have to shovel, then it's SNOW, dadgum it.

14. Today's fluffy snow, tomorrow's dirty slush
At least that's what I remember from my twenty years living in Michigan.
Left in 1967, never to return.

15. Gawd, how I miss living in Los Gatos!
Edited on Wed Nov-24-04 01:21 AM by TahitiNut
Fifteen years in Santa Clara County and I had to come back to this s***. I celebrated every "winter" in Los Gatos by wearing shorts and toasting the top of Mt. Hamilton when it turned pale with a tall Jamba Juice.

20. Maybe in Detroit
Everywhere else in Michigan and especially in the U.P, snow last a long time...if not all winter. Its the winter wonderland of the midwest. I'll never leave this place.

19. Out in Livingston county we got around 6 inches
Its amazing that Detroit didn't get anything. What a difference 55 miles makes and allot less urban heat.
