Another poll where you can help Al Franken
Barbara Boxer is running a poll concerning the Senate candidates that will get the winner a fundraising e-mail to her PAC list ("potentially tens of thousands of dollars"). I've voted for Al here too. It can't hurt. Here's the link:

2. It looks like Rick Noreiga will win Barbara Boxer's poll, and...
...it looks like Al Franken will win Russ Feingold's poll.

In Russ Feingold's poll, there aren't any Senate candidates running in states as big as Texas.

3. Where is Feingold's poll?
I really hesitate to provide my email address, why can't they use some type of a cookie to assure only one vote per person?

7. That's what I am afraid
Just when I get snail mail from the Democratic party in general, or my representative in particular supposedly wanting my opinion about different topics and, while there, please donate to the cause.

9. Noreiga wins with 32%, Al second with 24%
http://ga4.org/pacforachange/challenger_open_vote.html

In just one week, over 25,000 PAC for a Change community members voted in our "Choose a Challenger" contest. We're pleased to announce that Rick Noriega, the Democratic nominee for Senate in Texas, won the contest with 30% of the vote -- narrowly edging out Al Franken, who finished second with 24%.

Thank you so much to everyone who participated in our PAC for a Change "Choose a Challenger" online vote. Together, we can give President Obama a strong Democratic majority in 2009 and bring the change our country so desperately needs.
