Navy Veterans group investigation spreads everywhere--except in Minnesota

Seems Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson isn't interested in chasing down an organization that pulled over $1.5 million out of the pockets of Minnesotans and then shut down when the hounds come a-sniffing in states acorss the country. Why?
