Spent the day in Springfield

First let me say that I spent a majority of my childhood during the summer in and around Springfield, Willard, Ozark and Nixa. I grew up off 85th and Troost in KC, then in Lee's Summit. I went Saturday to visit the parental units. Imagine my glee to pick up my Dad's paper and see this:

Springfield is about as red as it gets in Missouri, and this was on the front page of the Voices section.
The change, it is coming.

2. I grew up in Springfield, went to Willard HS....

...and all I can say is holy crap. If the rednecks I went to school with are leaning toward Obama, then hell must be freezing over.
