4. Its near Binghamton
Kinda in the middle of NY but south near the Pennsyltucky border.

Where the men are men and the sheep run scared. Just kidding.....I hope.

Great place to live. Golf, outdoors, peace and quiet.

They're right next to "Pennsyltucky" as you said.
