6. How is the issue going to be framed?

Adoption by same-sex parents is already prohibited in Ohio. What are they going to make an issue out of?

I already lost two friends to New York state, partially so they could adopt each other's biological children, something they couldn't do in Ohio, even with no father in the picture. Now that the adoptions are final, I'm trying to get them to move back. :)

Probably something like the amendment against gay marriage. Is it against the law but not an amendment in our constitution?

10. Amendment

I'd certainly believe something like that coming from the Blackwell camp. He could even make it an issue in the Republican primary, since Petro and Montgomery would undoubtedly oppose such an amendment. He's already been using their opposition to Issue 1 against them.
