BRING YOUR CAMERA & VIDEO CAMERA -- PICTURE THE PRIMARY

HELP VotePA AND OTHER GROUPS GET VIDEO FOOTAGE & IMAGES FOR FUTURE EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS


Bring your camera and video camera to get pictures of lines of people waiting to vote, voting machines, people working for candidates outside the polls, and more. We would like on-carmera interviews with voters, campaign workers, public officials, and anyone else you think has a story to tell.

We especially need pictures and footage if there are long lines, or other problems.

DO NOT TAKE OR ATTEMPT TO TAKE AN IMAGE OR RECORDING OF ANY ACTUAL VOTES ON A VOTING MACHINE (even your own) as this is a violation of Pennsylvania Law and our State Constitution's requirement for a secret ballot!

Very important ! Please get the name and full contact information of any private voter or other "regular" people you interview on camera, so we can contact them and get a release if any of our groups need to use their footage in a project. (OK to tape officials without a release.)

Please contact VotePA and let us know what you get on film or tape. We will get your materials to producers working to create educational videos, presentations, and documentaries.
