PA: Here's link to make on-line appointment for H1N1 Vaccine This Weekend

The PA. Dept. of Health is sponsoring H1N1 free vaccines for persons under age 18 and persons in priority groups. They are being held this weekend at various locations. You can make an advance appointment on-line.

The link includes a form that must be filled out. A parent or guardian needs to show the adult's photo ID if they bring young people.

I took my kids for the H1N1 vaccine through this program, which involves advanced appointments. We were in an out in 5 minutes. They had about 100 people working inside and out the building, directing traffic, etc.

In comparison, another vaccination program the week earlier by other groups was a "drive-through" without appointments. Many people sat in their cars for 3 hours or more. That is the wrong way to do it.
