The Intelligencer reports their agreement covers a total 1.8 million acres and more than 32,000 leases in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio.

Our state's extremely valuable natural resources being pimped out of state and out of the country by our lousy Governor - come to Pennsylvania, Big Oil, you can't find any other state with fewer regulations, more laxly enforced, not to mention the lowest taxes on your profits!
