1. List of Counties without an admitted DUer:

* Beaver County (City of Beaver)
* Bedford County

* Cameron County
(Northern State Forest)
* Carbon County
* Clarion County

* Columbia County (Blue Mountain Ridge)

* Elk County (Allegheny Forest)

* Fayette County (Uniontown)
* Fulton County (Blue Mountain Ridge)

* Huntingdon County (Blue Mountain Ridge)

* Jefferson County (Allegheny Forest)
* Juniata County (Blue Mountain Ridge)

* Lawrence County (City of New Castle)
* Lebanon County
* Lehigh County (City of Allentown/Bethlehem)

* McKean County (Northern Tier County)
* Mifflin County (Blue Mountain Ridge)
* Monroe County
* Montour County
(Blue Mountain Ridge)

* Northumberland County (Blue Mountain Ridge)

* Perry County (South of Blue Mountain on the Susquehanna River)
* Potter County (Northern State Forest)

* Schuylkill County
* Snyder County
(Blue Mountain Ridge)

* Sullivan County
* Susquehanna County
(Northern Tier County)

* Tioga County (Northern Tier County) (Northern State Forest)

* Union County

* Venango County
(Allegheny Forest)

* Wyoming County

Some of the people in the above counties must have access to the net, even if it is just dial up service.

"Allegheny Forest" is the Counties in Which Allegheny National Forest Exists.

"Northern State Forest" are the counties in the North Central part of the state where Various State Forests exist that together equal or exceeds Allegheny National Forest. Sometimes these are referred to a the "Endless Mountains" for the Appalachian Mountain Chain turns 90 degrees in Northern Pennsylvania. In Southern Pennsylvania the Appalachian Mountain Chain takes up about 1/3 of the distance between the West Virginia and New Jersey State lines, while the Appalachian Mountain Chain STARTS at the New Jersey/ New York Line in Northern Pennsylvania and continues 3/4 the way across the state. This is the main reason the first roads, railroads and Canals went through Southern Pennsylvania. Even today most truckers perfer the Pennyslvania Turnpike (Southern Pennsyvania Route) to Interstate 80 (Northern Pennsylvania Route) do to having to go through less mountians.

"Blue Mountain Ridge" are counties West and North of Blue Mountain. Blue Mountain is the the first Mountain Ridge West and North of Harrisburg in the Appalachian Mountain Chain. This is the first real divide in Pennsylvania.

"Northern Tier Counties" are those counties along the New York Border.

"Upper Delaware River" is those counties north of Trenton New Jersey on the Delware River

7. Closer in with Allegheny County
You represented an 8.33% increase (1/12th) increase in the number of Westmoreland DUers, while the Number of Allegheny DUers only increased by just 3.22% (or 1/31 increase) this month. Just think Westmoreland Increase was TWICE the rate as Allegheny County's increase (Don't tell me in both county it was just an increase of ONE, if the GOP can play with Numbers to justify their plan on Social Security, I can play with numbers to).

Most of the people are like you, added their name to a thread and I added to the list. I tend to make a new list every Holiday (I did not intend it that way, just happened and since it happened I have continued the patten).

Now some I have added by their profile, but unless someone puts down their city it is hard to find which county their are living in. Thus I have used profiles, most of the people on the list added themselves.

If you want to see how the list developed go to the following threads:

This thread started the concept of listing by County:
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=175&topic_id=401

I than took the names and organized them by Counties and have been doing it every Holiday or so since. Samples of previous lists:
