He and family been doing a lot of "praying" over his run. So guess Jesus didn't like Tom Daschle.

1. So my fellow South Dakotans proove once again that they are
quite possibly the stupidest people in the entire country....not counting Alabamans.

Give up the Senate minority leader for a mouth breathing knuckle dragging, empty headed, pretty boy, yes man.

God I hate living in this shithole....what an emberassment.

2. I am not in your state but I always liked Daschle
Never, NEVER underestimate the stupidity of the American people (at least 50% of them). I am stunned by the Bush win and the losing of more Senate Democrat seats. Why did SD have 2 Democrat Senators and now they have 2 repukes, in your opinion. To me it is a sign of what is happening around the rest of the country re the Bush win.

Nightmare.

3. We actually have one of each now :(
I am so fucking sad by this, almost moreso than Kerry's lose. I volunteered my ass of for Daschle while I was home for the summer.

I've met him twice and he's probably one of the nicer guys in Washington. Fuck South Dakota, stupid fucking idiots.

"Oh hey! Guys guess what vote for Thune, y'know why? 'Cause he ain't the head of the most farmer/rancher-friendly party, 'cause he ain't keeping Ellsworth open, and he sure as hell hasn't worked his ass off for you the last 26 years!"

stupid state, stupid fucking state.

Edited on Wed Dec-01-04 03:13 AM by sd_UDO
Yeah, I hope Tom stays active in South Dakota somehow.

Here's how we can paint South Dakota Ultra-Blue!

After the election, I decided to change things. I decided we needed to have our own elections-- 6 times a year!

Check out UDO!

Let's start a state wide UDO (Ultra Democratic organization)--

first elections December 2004!

(Anyone can join the Yahoo group)

Thanks!

6. Take back Rapid City--paint it BLUE!
Yeah I was disappointed by the results too. Johnson and Herseth will do all the work, get the funding, and then Johnny will try to take credit.

4. I am so sorry for you SD
I hope the people that voted for Thune will soon see their mistake. My mom (a ND resident) said this was the most shocking result for her on Tuesday, even more so than the presidential race.

7. Paint ND blue, too!
Yeah I know Wyoming has had Democratic Governors for 16 out of the last 24 years, seriously true.

All South Dakota Dem leadership has to do is talk to the WY leadership, go there to WY, talk to them, call them, write them letters, e-mails, I'm sure that the WY Dems would love to tell them how to do it.

My concept--UDO--it can be done in North Dakota too--Democrats can get elected 6 times a year!
