3. almost 1000 votes is a decent spread
when you consider how close the tester and webb races were and the amount of votes cast.

what happens next?

6. her lead is likely to increase
as the rest of the votes come from King County and their votes on progressive issues, like I-933; the estate tax initiative; and the alternatve energy initiate gave wider margins of victory than the pierce county voters. also her early results from king county were strong.

the vote delay was due to flooding which was in King County.

9. Aw man, it changed AGAIN, and not for the better.
Sorry to rain on my own parade, but I just checked again. Updated results as of 8:00 pm, PST, 11/8/06.

Burner: 74,861 / 49.1027%
Reichert: 77,597 / 50.8973%

Here is information from the SoS's website regarding recounts:

http://www.secstate.wa.gov/elections/recount_info.aspx

Let's hope this thing flips again in Darcy's favor.

12. In your earlier post you said 100% of the precincts in and now you are
saying the numbers have changed. I must have missed something. Not attacking you, but having a hard time finding the honest results.

15. I know. I was repeating what the TV news was saying.
Sorry about that. You didn't miss anything; I think the TV station got ahead of themselves, not with the numbers they reported around 6:00 pm, but in saying that all the precincts had reported.

Seattle PI projects Reichert the winner as of 7:00 pm.

numbers last night, when Reichert pulled ahead again.
