2. A great trick I've seen before is just park your car there EARLY
There is onstreet parking right next to Safeco Field. Plaster your car with Pro-Kerry signs, drive it down there early, park it for the entire day (I'm pretty sure it is free on Saturday), then just pick it backup later.

Then just about everyone going to Safeco will see the splendor of your vehicle. (And you don't get wet!)
