Cool voting machines in Cabell Co

For the last several elections we have had touchscreen machines, but the ones this time are touchscreen, but it has a thing like a cash register recipt roll that rolls by when you cast your vote that is behind plexiglass that shows your vote printed on paper. Pretty good system I think.

1. We had the same thing here in Boone County
We used punch cards the last time. I really liked the paper copy, which is saved in case a recount is needed. I learned that it is West Virginia law that a paper copy must be retained. I'm pretty sure all other states do not have paper copies like this. I think this is the most effective way to protect against election fraud. You can still hack the data to fix the election, but if anyone goes back to the paper records there is a good chance you'll get caught.
