I think it was countdown, anyway, that Sensenbrenner voted against it because there wasn't any "accountability" in the bill and, in fact, nobody really knows what the money is going to be used for.

If that's true, it's probably the first thing he's done in a long, long time that even resembles being responsible.....

btw: I KNOW the Dems couldn't have voted against the bill even if they wanted to without committing political suicide....
