Wondering if I can start to get an approximate head count on who is coming to the picnic

I want to start picking up supplies this weekend and a rough head count would be helpful. I don't need a definite RSVP but if you think you're coming I would appreciate if you could let me know how many you're bringing along (and the ages of any kids that you might be bringing so that I can make sure to have some age-appropriate stuff if there are going to be little kids).
