Blacklist bars radicals from UK

British embassies around the world have drawn up a list of up to 100 radicals who are not welcome in the UK, Home Secretary Charles Clarke confirmed.

Mr Clarke told Parliament following the July 7 bombings in London that he would exclude people from the UK for unacceptable behaviour, such as inciting and encouraging terrorism.

He told BBC2's Newsnight on Wednesday that British embassies and high commissions had been asked for names of nationals of the countries where they are based who might fall into this category.

Between 50 and 100 names were put forward for inclusion on a "warning index".

3. I've got a dog on that list

One of my dogs, should arguably have his balls cut off, 'cuz he barks
and threatens everyone who invades his territory. I think he means
violence, cuz his teeth are snapping, and he's really upset. I bet in
dog-language, he's spreading terrorism, and that while he and his
mates are eating from the foodbowl, they conspire to overthrow the
government.

But then they figure that the government keeps them in regular food,
EVIL visits to the EVIL vet, and dog taxi service, and that such a
government is a happy loving one. But still, radical dogs who eat
meat to survive have immigrated to britain, intent on killing mice and
field rodents in a terrorist pusch. We'll see what charles clarke does
about the scourge of animal terrorists. :-)
