Time to beat the drum with it:

"What is Blackwell hiding?"
"What is Blackwell hiding?"
"What is Blackwell hiding?"
"What is... "

We can get some mileage out of this. The coverup is the key to blowing the lid off of this thing. We actually saw headlines regarding his attempts to avoid scrutiny.

98% of Americans would ask, "Who is Blackwell?".

9. Erwin and Baker were holding hearings before most Americans...
....knew who Dean, Ehrlichman, Haldeman, McCord, GG Liddy, ......., were.

Not to worry; most Americans are going to know who the scum-bag Blackwell is by 7 Jan 2005.

Peace.

98% of Americans would ask, "Who is Blackwell?".
but it will also be...

Who is Blackwell, and why does this jackass think he's ABOVE the law?

The less important he seems at first the better for public sentiment about his refusal to work with the american legal system.

AND

after that every American will know this Bozo, is a power hungry, liar, with something to hide.

Blackwell has a lot of explaining to do. Do you think Rove et al will come to his rescue or will he be hung out to dry by his loathsome?

26. Did anyone else here send requests to Cobb/Badnarik for the recounts?
I talked with a member of my Senators staff the other day and he was really surprised to hear my point that we the citizens called for this recount -- not 'some third party'.

Also, we need humanize the 37 people as much as possible -- the named party in the suit Moss v. Bush -- is REVEREND Bill Moss, Executive Vice President of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

I am going to OHIO on Jan 3rd -- I hope I get to hear from Moss !

27. LA Times covers Blackwell's refusal to testify!
Hey, it may be on Page 22, but the LA Times is today reporting on Blackwell's attempts to avoid testifying -- and they make him look suspect! Hurray!

IN BRIEF / OHIO
Secretary of State Aims to Dodge Deposition
From Times Wire Reports

December 28, 2004

Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell, who declared President Bush the official winner in Ohio, is seeking a court order to keep himself from being interviewed as part of a court challenge of the Nov. 2 vote.

Blackwell said his deposition was not required, and accused 37 voters challenging the election of "frivolous conduct."

The court challenge cites alleged irregularities including long lines, a shortage of voting machines in minority precincts and problems with computers.

Bush defeated Sen. John F. Kerry by 119,000 votes, according to Blackwell's official count.

32. Of course he would use the code word "frivolous"
which is straight out of the Rove/bush playbook.

What are you hiding, Blackwell? And why are you hiding behind the skirts of the law?

29. It's the game
Roadblock will try to stall the process until Jan 6th. Then he's done his part.

The courts too will attempt to do the same.

It's their (repukes and chimp inc) hope that a senator won't have the balls to contest the official electoral on the 6th.

What bothers me even more. What are they "all" hiding, including some members of our own party. We have a few that are willing to stand up and act as our Representatives, we have far more who are willing to let this go to further themselves.
