WHY DOES C-SPAN HAVE SOMEONE FROM AEI COMMENTING???
Anyone have the answer to why they'd put a right-wing neocon to be the "commentator?"

20. His arguments sound like sophistry
He says the objection is off base because it pertains to the vote on Nov. 2nd, whereas today's business concerns the electors' votes. "Which have nothing to do with one another."

What a pile of crap. Then he goes on to describe the Hayes-Tilden fiasco which WAS about the popular vote in three states.

17. I was wondering the same thing ...
The cspan anchor sounds just as nervous as Walter Berns from American Enterprise Institute.

The two of them are comforting each other that this will not change the outcome of the election and making it appear as if it's just a little snag.

Cowards with no solutions.

It is interesting that they only have commentary on this event from a member of an extreme-right think tank. Heil Bush.

14. C-span has developed a fetish for neocons
every time I turn it on, in the last few weeks, there seems to be someone from the Weekly Standard and/or AEI and/or National Review.

I emailed C-span to ask me if they've officially taken the neocons' side, they haven't answered me.

15. i guess it's just another example of the so called liberal media
if they're going to have someone from aei on to comment the least they could do is get someone from center for american progress as well, they should be ashamed of themselves.

supposedly providing some commentary as to the constitutional basis as to what's going on.

But the operative word there is "suposedly"
