We all read Arnebeck's quote about it not being over and how he's going to agressively fight this in the federal courts.

Any good rumors about what the next action might be, and when it's going to take place?

1. Well I just put my crystal ball away for the night,
but if he is still planning on aggressively fighting it may come a little later as he compiles more documentation.
